It’s important not to be so caught up in the arrangements for the ‘party’ that you forget the most significant part of your big day – the Ceremony.
Ceremony is medicine to the soul. Without it we are nothing. Ceremony recognises people’s status in the world, and honours change in their status. Heart-felt ceremonies to celebrate important life stages will stay with you for the rest of your life.

FULL SERVICE WEDDING CEREMONIES
What you get for a full service ceremony:
- One obligation-free interview at my home office in Neutral Bay.
- Completion of the Notice of Intended Marriage (see Legal Requirements). NB: this must be lodged with me a minimum of one month and one day before your wedding date and remains active for 18 months.
- Written schedule of my fees.
- Tax invoices/receipts for all payments.
- Service agreement setting out your rights and responsibilities when you book me as your Celebrant.
- Loan of resource material to assist you in creating your own ceremony.
- As much hands-on help from me as you need by phone, email or face-to-face consultations.
- An on-site rehearsal at your ceremony venue.
- Two hours total travel time for me during the entire process.
- A souvenir copy of your ceremony on quality paper.
- Performance of the marriage ceremony.
- Provision of a wireless PA system with CD/MP3 facility.
- Prompt completion of all legal paperwork after your wedding.
- Online registration of your marriage and application for official marriage certificate.
- An evaluation form for your written feedback.
Ceremonies that include extra travel, accommodation or other services not listed above will incur an additional fee. All extra charges are outlined clearly in the fee schedule.

On a budget OR want something VERY simple?
Budget Ceremonies are a less expensive option for couples where money is a bit tight, but who want more choice than the Registry Office can to provide. Some couples may only want an extremely simple ceremony; short, but still sweet.
If you choose the budget option, your ceremony will be short and sweet and can be held wherever and whenever you wish. You can write your own vows and have up to 40 guests.
What I provide for A Budget Service:
- One obligation-free meeting at my home office in Neutral Bay.
- If necessary, a second face-to-face meeting in Neutral Bay to complete the Notice of Intended Marriage (see Legal Requirements).
- Copy of my fee schedule
- Tax invoices/receipts for all payments.
- Terms of agreement regarding your rights in relation to my services and your responsibilities.
- Total travel of 50 km or maximum 75 minutes on the day of your wedding.
- Provision of sample ceremonies for you to choose from. You can cut and paste parts from one ceremony into another.
- Suggestions for readings and personal vows.
- Souvenir copy of your ceremony.
- Performance of the marriage ceremony.
- Prompt completion of all legal paperwork after the ceremony.
- Online registration of your marriage and application for official marriage certificate.
- An evaluation form for your written feedback.
Additional fees will be charged for ceremonies that include extra travel or other services not listed above. Extra charges are outlined clearly in the fee schedule.
