Fee for Full Service Weddings

Total base fee is $550*. A 50% ($275) non-refundable booking deposit secures your ceremony date in my diary and guarantees that I will not enter into any other contract for that day/time. The deposit must be paid before or when your Notice of Intended Marriage is lodged with me.

Any outstanding balance is due 10 days before the date of your wedding. Payments can be made by cash, PayPal/Credit Card (see below) or Internet banking transfer. Tax invoices are provided for all fees.

The basic fee for a full service wedding ceremony includes:

One initial obligation-free interview at my home office.
Completion of the Notice of Intended Marriage (see Legal Requirements). NB: this must be lodged with me a minimum of one month and one day before your wedding date and remains valid for 18 months.
Written schedule of my fees.
Tax invoices/receipts for all payments.
Terms of agreement regarding your rights in relation to my services and your responsibilities.
Loan of resource material to assist you in creating your own ceremony.
As much hands-on help from me as you need by phone, email or face-to-face consultations.
An on-site rehearsal at your ceremony venue.
Two hours total travel time for me during the entire process.
A souvenir copy of your ceremony.
Performance of the marriage ceremony.
Provision of a wireless PA system with CD/MP3 facility.
Prompt completion of all legal paperwork after your wedding.
Online registration of your marriage and application for official marriage certificate.
An evaluation form for your written feedback.

Ceremonies that include extra travel, accommodation or other services not listed above will incur an additional fee. All extra charges are outlined clearly in the fee schedule that all couples receive.

Fee for Simple Budget Weddings

The base fee for this service is $440*. A 50% ($220) non-refundable booking deposit secures your ceremony date in my diary and guarantees that I will not enter into any other contract for that day/time. The deposit must be paid before or when you lodge your Notice of Intended Marriage with me (seeLegal Requirements).

This is a less expensive option for couples who are on a budget but want more choice than the Registry Office is able to provide. I offer all couples an initial obligation-free meeting for you to decide if you feel comfortable with me.

If you go ahead with the budget option, your ceremony will be simple but can still be held wherever and whenever you wish, with up to 40 guests and you can write your own vows.

My basic fee for a budget wedding ceremony includes:

One obligation-free meeting with me in Neutral Bay.
If necessary, a second face-to-face meeting to complete the Notice of Intended Marriage (see Legal Requirements).

Total travel of 50 km or maximum 75 minutes on the day of your wedding.
Provision of several sample ceremonies.

Online registration of your marriage and application for official marriage certificate.

On the day of your wedding, I must see any essential documents not previously provided and you will both sign declarations stating that there is no legal impediment to your marriage.
